Turns out; it is by exploring the abandoned corners of our own heart that we find the source which illuminates all life to existence.
Listening in our own body to the subtle pulsation of creation and dissolution, the in- and out-breath.
Watch as these primal forces unite in the fabric of the Mantra that we weave together, each an expression of our unique voices.

Mantras
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Reality is vibration, frequency, like sound waves. And for us to penetrate that reality to the core; the key is hidden as mantras.
Mantra is not only an external word you sing or chant. It is something you embrace and ultimately become. You become the key itself, therefore no one else has to open the door for you.

You are invited to an afternoon of music, mantras and unity.
We travel through various flavours of yoga (=the science of union). All guided and supported by the breath and our voice.
The flow of in and out,
of silence and sound.
We start with mild breathing excercises which help calming the mind. Then through a short meditation we arrive to the space of sounds, releasing our own voice into the creation, which we hold for a short but eternal moment in time.
Breathing and singing with the rithm and enchantment of the mantras.
In addition to exploring the different rasa-s (flavours) of joy, profoundity, longing, presence, bliss of singing together, there will be moments to relax and enjoy some melodies of the flute or sound bowl.
And we simply just are, in the space where eternity meets nothingness…
